I really don’t like the size and lack of information in the pop up window for items in the My Work view on CRM. It takes up the whole screen and only shows the status updates. Why can’t you see other fields like in Work Management?!
It bugs me so much I am thinking about canceling CRM and going back to just Work Management. My consulting firm is brand new and I can manage from a basic board at this time. $50 a month when I am the only user and the UI isn’t even helpful?! What am I doing?
