One aspect of monday.com that is really lacking is the compatability between the CRM and mobile app. The app has a lot of glitches on the CRM side (ie not loading all deals or not loading the right UI)
However, one major setback that my company has experienced is using MyWork and the CRM. We would like to be able to add our emails and activities from my work. However unfortunately you had to go and open a CRM core board to have the ability to add emails and activities.
