Intra-form results filtering

I would love to see filtering applied to form results. For example, I have a complex form that includes many optional and conditional questions. The form results PDF export renders every single question no matter what the user answered. This results in a large amount of result “cruft”, including many blank/unanswered questions. I would love to be able to filter the results of an individual form submission in order to selectively show relevant answers.
