Introducing monday.com to my team

Hello! I would like to introduce monday.com to my team to get everyone using it to manage our projects across the business.

I have created the workspace with all necessary boards and dashboards. I want to create a user guide that they can refer back to as well as having a team info session going over how to use it. Does anyone have any advice to engage my team and help them start using it?

I always recommend starting with just one or two people. That way they can ‘beta’ it for you and provide feedback. Then they’ll be able to help share the ‘love’ with the rest once you onboard the others.
