Is "call summary" an internal note?

I have just started using Monday CRM and currently adding “call summary” details to some of my contacts. I just want to be 100% sure that these are internal notes only and not sent to the contact?

I ask as “notes” specifically say they are internal only and it has made me concerned that other types of Activity are shared with contacts.

These will not be shared with the contact unless the contact has access to your Monday.com account.

The „special“ things about internal notes is that they should not trigger the „last activity update“ automation although there is currently a bug which still makes them trigger for it.
