Hello - When we make a call to a lead in the CRM through the app, is there a way to have that phone call automatically recorded as an activity? Or an update?
Not that I know of with the CRM as it stands. There is an integration with Aircall that will do that.
Hey David, when making a phone call from monday CRM mobile, upon completion of the call it’ll prompt you to input notes from the call and log it quickly. See my video below
