Is it possible to have a mirror column which mirrors information from one board to two

Hi all.

Hopefully someone will be able to give some guidance on this.

I’m currently using Monday as a way to track install dates and document tracking from our contractors. The problem I’m currently facing is that we have given the contractors their own boards where they update the required information as well as upload documents required to show compliance. What I need is a mirror column which mirrors information such as our date to our main board which then mirrors it to another contractors board so they know when they are able to start work.

It would look like Board 1 date column links to board 2 date column and board 3 date column.
Board 2 updates the date column which would then mirror the information to both Board 1’s date column and board 3’s date column.

Hopefully this makes sense!

Which product (CRM/Work Management, etc) and level (Pro/Enterprise) do you have?

we are using work management and we are pro level.

Would need to know quite a bit more about how your boards/automations are currently set up to give specific answers. But - I’d recommend using the automation to create item and connect on the vendor boards when the project is created (or when a certain status happens depending on your workflow). You can then even set notifications and everything of that nature. If you can share some screenshots of your current setup, I can probably guide you further.
