Mirror information to other boards


I’m attempting to set up a project management system with Monday and I’ve created a list of items and sub items - I know I can use automations to set it so that if I assign a field to “John” it would copy on to a board specific for john, but is there a way to add it so that if I say completion date is Monday, it would show on the board for Monday? Also, once its complete can it be updated as complete on my board and removed from John’s board?
