I see that a status on the parent item can be updated on the master board. But what about subitem statuses? Can submitems be updated on the master board and then will update on the other boards?

Yup, subitems are updates as well. In fact, you can even take it a step forward and add subitems as regular items in another board: How to Add Sub-Items as Regular Items on Another Board | Same Item Multiple Boards

Good Day!
I have been fiddling around with this App and do like it. However, I have been trying to figure out how to get new items to show up on each of the two boards. When I do the automation, it acts like it is in a “loop” and keeps adding the same new item.
Example: Client Facing Board - client adds a new item and it should be added to the Internal Board. Same for the Internal Board.
When I set up the automation on each board, it just keeps adding the item to both boards over and over. Thoughts?

I’m not quite sure I understand the issue, but adding the same item more than twice to the same board isn’t possible with the app. This is why you might see the automation ran, but nothing happened.
