I have used the automation which allows me to notify a user when a date arrives or has past but is there a way to customize a notification to earlier? We have items with insurance that carry expirations that we need to be notified of 3 weeks prior so we can reach out and get updated files from client.
You can in the “when date arrives” select when it notifies you, and you can do 3 weeks before as an option within that.
