Is there an app that can take the formula value’s (in this case an email address) and copy it into another column so that it’s clickable?
EX below: We need to be able to click on the email address and it open an email window.
The formula is also on a sub item.

Yes, the Advanced Formula Booster can resolve this as it allows you to create formulas that update any kind of columns. So if you add an email column to your board, you can create the same type of formula (except simpler 
) and the result will be written directly to your email column. No need to use any formula column anymore.
