Convert formula column to email and use it in email destination automation

Hi.
I use Monday with a PRO subscription (5 users).
I need to use a formula column as email column, to become able to use email notification as destination.
Or use another method, like mirror columns…

Columns:

  • Depertament: STATE
  • Manager Name: FORMULA (get by “if” conditions on STATE)
  • Manager Mail: FORMULA (get by “if” conditions on STATE)
