Hi everyone,
I’m currently supporting a client who is using Alibaba Mail (mail.aliyun.com) as their primary email platform. They are interested in using monday CRM, particularly the Emails & Activities (E&A) feature to log and track communication with their clients.
However, support confirmed that only Gmail and Outlook are currently supported for native email sync.
I’d like to ask the community:
- Has anyone successfully integrated Alibaba Mail with monday CRM using IMAP/SMTP, Make.com, Zapier, or other tools?
- Would the Email to Board method be viable to simulate email activity tracking?
- Any tips or workarounds to help log or centralize client communication when using non-Gmail/Outlook mail services?
