Is there any workaround to integrate Alibaba Mail with mondayCRM?

Hi everyone,

I’m currently supporting a client who is using Alibaba Mail (mail.aliyun.com) as their primary email platform. They are interested in using monday CRM, particularly the Emails & Activities (E&A) feature to log and track communication with their clients.

However, support confirmed that only Gmail and Outlook are currently supported for native email sync.

I’d like to ask the community:

  1. Has anyone successfully integrated Alibaba Mail with monday CRM using IMAP/SMTP, Make.com, Zapier, or other tools?
  2. Would the Email to Board method be viable to simulate email activity tracking?
  3. Any tips or workarounds to help log or centralize client communication when using non-Gmail/Outlook mail services?
