Hi,
I am evaluating monday.com and I am wondering if there is a plug in for Outlook, where you can receive your mail in outlook, and then move them to diferent customers as you wish.
Not the integration in to monday.com, but more still using Outlook as the main mail client, with a plugin for the CRM ?

thanks for the link.
Today we simply click a “send and archive” button, our CRM contacts comes up, we select a contact and send/archive at once.
If we wish to archive an incoming mail we just click “archive” select the contact and archive.
It is a simple solution like that I am after, with very few clicks
