Need help and the email in the CRM enterprise system is very frustrating. Plain and simple we want the following (even if we need to use a third party).
What I need is:
Work directly in my GMAIL account and be able to SELECT emails that should be tracked in the Monday.com CRM.
We do not want nor can we allow our managers to integrate their entire email into Monday CRM due to confidential information being leaked to other employees and/or being tracked when it is not supposed to be.
Is there a third party to help with this? When we had Salesforce we used Lightning and we were allowed to SELECT which emails went into our Salesforce CRM. NOT just send all emails into the CRM
