I am currently developing a marketplace app (dashboard widget) and trying to setup the widget settings. Is there a way to group the fields from the view settings. Viewing the same as the screenshot below:

As of today, it is not possible to group the fields from the settings.

One more question, for adding a settings of a custom dashboard widget, I knew that it can be done through View Setup → View Settings - Add Fields. And added fields rendered as an Advanced Settings in widget settings panel.
Is there a way to add a custom settings item and render it in widget settings panel like Timeline widget settings.

That is not possible right now. The field you see there comes from a native monday dashboard widget, but it is not possible to add custom fields to the settings of a custom app.
