Issue Accessing Features Despite Being on Pro Plan

I hope this message finds you well. I am currently subscribed to the Pro plan, but I’ve encountered a couple of issues that seem to suggest otherwise:

  1. My Work – Calendar View Access
    When I try to access the Calendar View under the My Work tab, I receive a pop-up message prompting me to “Upgrade to the Standard Plan”. This is confusing, as I am already on the Pro plan.
  2. Emails and Activities – Sharing Permissions
    In the Emails and Activities section, I am unable to assign read-only or read/write permissions. I receive the same “Upgrade to the Standard Plan” message here as well.

Could you please look into this issue and advise why I might be seeing these upgrade prompts despite my current subscription?

Hi @Timothy7 Unfortunately Monday.com support team normally will not pick this up on the forum. Have you tried using the chat feature “Help”
