Is there a reason why the (updated) item name is not shown on the item card? All other field names are shown properly, just not the item name…

Hey there! This definitely looks odd! Would you mind loading the item card in an incognito window and see if this helps resolve the issue?

Hello, I checked in incognito window and that does not resolve the issue. I had the same question raised within my company so I sought out this community.
I seen from the support article: https://support.monday.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017143959-The-Item-Card- that the demonstration also had the same field of ‘Name’ instead of what the item terminology displayed. This would be a great update if able to be solved. Thank you!

I have the exact same issue. The changed item name (“Tickets” in my cse) is always called “Name.” Here is combine screen shot including widget settings.
I’ve come here for the same issue. Is there a solution for this?
