We run projects with multiple ‘milestones’ (usually a meeting with the client part-way through the project). We are starting to use dependencies and are struggling to accommodate these.
Example:
Kick off meeting 1st Jan
Survey starts 1st Feb
Survey closes 1st March
Schedule debrief meeting 2nd March
Prepare for debrief meeting 31st March
Debrief meeting 1st April
The debrief meeting isn’t always ‘exactly’ 1 month after the survey closes- it is dependant on calendars etc- so we would like the ‘Prepare for debrief meeting’ to be 1 day BEFORE the debrief meeting date- so that (on 2nd March) when the debrief meeting is scheduled, we can go on Monday.com, select ‘debrief meeting will be 5th April’, and then we would like the ‘Prepare for debrief meeting’ date to auto-fill as 4th April
Is this possible? It’s effectively a ‘negative lag’ I think?
