This may be a newbie question but I’ve searched and don’t see the same question or a solution that seems to work.
Are there any common issues where a Kanban view of a Main table will not display records?
I have a board that my team has created as a template. When I create the Kanban view from my imported template, then select my Status column as my Kanban column, and add Columns to my cards - the Status columns are created in the view but no records appear as cards in the view. The Kanban columns are blank. I have tried this in both Firefox and Chrome, both in Private and Incognito respectively trying to eliminate a browser/cache issue.
As a test, I imported one of the pre-populated datasets that are offered as templates and those work AOK with the exact same column name and Status values added to those boards, so I’m curious if there is something the would prevent a new board that my team created from displaying a Kanban view specifically on a board created from scratch?
There are no Filters added to the Kanban view but when I attempt to add one by clicking the dropdown I do see that it very helpfully shows me the text “Advanced filters Showing 0 of 5 opportunities” but there doesn’t seem to be any recourse to getting any of those 5 records to appear in the view - even specifying an explicit filter of one of the values that the Filter builder suggests.
Any suggestions?
