Last Updated column doesn't update when replies are added in Conversations

Knowing when someone replies in conversations are essential to the workflow and the reason why there is a Last Updated column in place as a quick view.

Problem is: THE LAST UPDATED COLUMN DOESN’T UPDATE WHEN SOMEONE REPLIES.

Pls advise and when can we expect a fix to this bug?!

Hey @hGX5a4 - this is annoying for sure. What we have done to circumvent this is to have a hidden date column called (last update), and use the following custom automation:

In turn, this will update the last Updated column.

Ok, but wouldn’t this count towards our automations number for the month?

When can we expect this bug to be fixed? This is pretty ridiculous.

I have the same question and same issue.

Here is Monday’s response to an obvious bug. The activity log doesn’t even get updated.

Why have a last updated column that doesn’t work. It’s very important to our sales team.
