I’m trying to understand hos the lmitation of 250/ 25 000 automations and intégration actions works per account.
I used to work with 3 persons in my first account with 8000 average automations per month. Now our team needs to grow up and i’m planning to switch to 10 users account.
In that case our average monthly automation actions will be more than 25 000 and that clearly not logical.
So my question is simple in pro suscriptions : do we have a 25 000 limitation action per account or per user which should be more logical…
The automation limits are per account, not per user.
That being said, a 10 person team should be accommodated fairly comfortably on a Pro account, typically speaking.
We would suggest reviewing your processes and automations, the way you have things set up may be able to be improved, and with proper forward planning for your growing team you can set up for optimal efficiency instead of counting automations.
