I’m trying to build a ticket system within Monday.com
I need my employee to choose the customer (form now I have 2K customers) from a list
What column type do you suggest? since the dropdown column is limited for 500

We would look to use something like Superforms (search this in the app marketplace) so we could use connected board column as a form question. Then, you can have your customers in a board as you would, and the form question would be to select the customer from that connected board as a list.
It’s not currently native to monday.com to use a connected board column in a form, so if you’re not up for a third party app, we would recommend waiting for monday.com to release their service based product - it’s on the near-future roadmap and solve all your ticketing system set-up woes.
