We have our job location in the sub-items and very randomly when we type in an address is will not populate a clickable address to pull up the map, it will just add it as if the location column were just a text box. No matter if I refresh or anything it continues to do it. Again, only sometimes and always random! Later on I can try again and it will work… like days later.
Note: Yes to the following
-it’s an actual address
-we use this all the time
-the board is created from a template
-it happens to everyone
anyone else have this issue?
