Hi Monday Experts,
I notice the board member can change the setting of sorting, filter and condition formatting once they click “save to this view”. However, in general, this flexibility will 200% mess up the board; especially there are multiple board users on the same board.
Question: Is there any way to lock the sorting, filter and conditioning formatting besides changing the permission to “Only edit items or subitems that users are assigned to”?
A much needed feature for our teams as well. Keeping the task order static is key to our work management. Until it’s built, we’re having to deal with complex manual workarounds such as adding a number in front of the task name.
This might be one of the most frustrating aspect to Monday. We NEED a way to revert subitems back to the original order they were placed in without having to make some workarounds like you have mentioned. It amazes me that this has still not been something fixed.
We need this feature as well. This is very frustrating.
