We have integration from Mailchimp to a board in our CRM installed. The integration passes first name, last name, email, and phone information from our web site lead to the CRM to build a contact. The issue is that all of that content comes in to the board under the first Item column, and does not split out to separate columns.
How do we get that information split out automatically? Is there a configuration in the Mailchimp to Monday API to make that happen? If not, there should be.
Eighteen days, and no response? Surely there are other Mailchimp/Monday customers who are experiencing these issues. If the current Mailchimp/Monday integration API cannot be modified, how are other customers resolving this issue? Are they creating their own integrations with the Monday API?
