How can I set up a Printing Request form so that users can submit clickable links along with specifying a quantity for each link—and have that information appear clearly in the submitted task?

Do you need an unlimited amount of these links?
Unlimited would be ideal, but looking for a range of up to approximately 25 links
Are they providing the links or are these links you’re providing them where they’re just giving you a qty?
They would be providing the links!
Got it! All you’ll need to do is activate the ‘Subitems’ on the Form. Then you can hide any subitem columns they wouldn’t need to fill out.

I’m having issues with this once more, unfortunately. When I create a subitem in a new form, I can no longer add or change the columns (i.e. add “Link” option). Not sure if something has changed on the backend, as this wasn’t an issue prior to the new “beta” tag. I’m also unable to delete the subitem now from my new form, despite there being no submissions on the main board view.
