Multiple Sub-Items from form?

Is there a way to create multiple subitems from a form? or are Form only available to main Item in the board?

I had the same frustration as you and the only way I found to do it was using the SuperForms App, which allows you to add sub-items. The main issue is that the Superforms is a form created on another service and so you are linking to a third party to fill out the form. This isn’t a big deal for me, but I could imagine it would be a deal killer for some.

I was also exploring an app called Microsoft Power Automate by Plug-in Genie. That looks like you could potentially create a Microsoft Form with Sub-item creation capabilities using Power Automate, but I was unable to test this as the integration connector is not supported on my version of M365.
