Marketplace APP Blocked

My colleague’s app marketplace feature was suddenly blocked.

It was working normally until last Friday. We really do not know what could have happened.

Tried opening an anonymous tab, changing browser, deleting cookies but nothing changed.

Anyone knows what it could be?

Have you checked with your IT team to see if they updated anything on the backend? It’s odd that it’s only one user in your instance? Is your colleague a ‘user’ or a ‘guest’ in your account?

We all have user permissions on every board.

What I find strange is the way this is showing up on the screen.

As far as I know there is no option on the Admin Account to block only the Marketplace to non-owners, either members or just guests. I opened a ticket with our IT but still waiting for their reply.

Mine is working perfecly fine.

Any idea of what might be?

Hm… I don’t know. Have them try removing what’s after marketplace/ in the browser. I’m wondering if it’s trying to pull a specific app?

Yeah we were trying to install Adobe PDF Embedded when that happened.

But I will wait for our IT and if it’s the case do a double check on the permissions.
