When I use the mass email section in Monday Sales & CRM, emails are sent from the connected address (e.g., mine). However, I’d prefer not to have mass emails sent directly from my personal email to clients.
Typically, mass email platforms generate a system email, while client replies are directed to your personal email.
Is this something Monday can accommodate, or do you know of an alternative solution for this?
