Mention problem in Emails & Activities

Hello. We’re kind of new to Monday CRM and we’ve had one issue that seems to be getting in our workflow’s way.
We’d like to have a simple “Activities” path.
For example our CEO receives a question and wants to involve another colleague to it, so he could continue work with that client, and CEO could track and see what is the progress, by receiving notifications.
We were hoping, that mentioning someone in an activity in “Emails & Activities” that activity would appear in both, person who created and person who was mentioned “My Work”. But it didn’t.
It would be perfect, if simply mentioning someone in an activity could create activities for both people in their “My Work” so the extra steps hassle would disappear.

Would like to hear other solutions, that could help in this matter.

I’ve not played with this yet, but could you do it using the new AI features in the people column?

I’ve tried using the AI feature, but we haven’t fully tested it, as we are still trying to get a full grip and understanding of “Activities” and different kinds of it, how to correctly use them, why some activities are separate and some are connected, etc…
The AI tool doesn’t fully understand the description given of the assigned person. For example “When @X_person is mentioned in the update - assign them. He is our sales manager”. I don’t exactly know if I’m giving correct description for the AI.
