I’ve seen several older mentions of this but no new information or if it’s on the roadmap. I saw the Microsoft Teams integration and had very high hopes, until I got it installed and realized it’s useless for us. We use teams extensively but not “teams” and we have a lot of cross functional users that would not be part of any “team” setup as I randomly have to ask different people in the org to do something.
The integration would be exponentially more useful if you could chose specific users in teams to assign things to, or notifiy of a task/ask. I need to assign or ask Joe User to do something, not a whole team.
Is this something on the roadmap? I also don’t want to add some 3rd party app to do what a “Microsoft Teams” integration should support out of the box.
