Hi there! Currently using Clickup as a CRM alternative. Somehow I don’t like the well known CRMs like Hubspot and Pipedrive because it is way harder to work with columns, tags and views like Clickup and Monday do. However, Clickup also just doesn’t offer enough CRM functionality (like integration of email customer and other things I should wish for (?)).
Would Monday.com be a more mature alternative than Clickup seems to be for CRM purposes or should I still proceed with traditional CRMs?
We’re a b2b SaaS and will be scaling this year to 50 employees.
