Monday.com CRM Training Requirements Mon 17 Mar

Hi group - I am looking for some remote help for a day on Monday 17 March, as I am in a hurry to implement and start using our system.

We are a multi award-winning UK-based B2B services company, who provides camera equipment to the UK TV industry

Whilst we use a professional SQL-based system to run our regular operations, which also includes a very basic CMS system, I have set up a Monday.com CRM system with 5-users in order to help us with our lead generation and pipeline management/development and am seeking help to train me and aid me in setting this up.

I am not new to CRM, having set up and used a system in the early 2000s, but the intricacies of this system and huge degree of customisation means that I would benefit from one-one training and help to fully implementing this, so to begin with, I am looking for one full day (7 hours) of support on Monday 17 March 2025. The start time is flexible, depending on where you might be located, though my preference is to begin at 9am UK time.

This will be entirely remote, using zoom.

I am aware that one day will not be sufficient to master and implement an entire CRM system but as already mentioned, I have done this before and have a good understanding of what our needs are, so begin with, one day will be sufficient, though if successful, I will consider 5 x training blocks of 1.5-hours to train my team, once this is implemented.

Where we are right now

  • Database of TV professionals setup with data import completed.
  • This has been shared this with my wider team.
  • Activated and customised the ‘New Contact’ button with appropriate fields
  • Job Titles set up
  • Int’ phone field defaulted to UK.
  • HTML email set up.

Training and Setup Needs to achieve on Monday 17 March

  • Understand the nature of boards.
  • Setup some boards which are relevant for our needs.
  • Set up a sales dashboard
  • Customise the contacts boards to include a field for last contact.
  • Understand how to manipulate contacts into leads and different groups.
  • Understand all of the different areas of notes within contacts/leads and how they can be made to be visible to users.
  • Set up Deals (I have renamed Projects).
  • Set up different Deals headings.
  • Understand and customise the best way to leave notes from phone calls/meetings with contacts/deals (projects).
  • See a pipeline report.
  • Set up a reminder sequence from General Tasks, to apply to individual contacts (leads), so that we are reminded to call them every 150 days.
  • Learn about Automated Sequences
  • Set up an automated sequence.
  • Understand how the AI module works
  • Learn about the multi email out function.
  • Set up some reporting functionality.

I am looking for availability for Monday 17 March and a quote to do this please.

Please can you detail your experience with Monday CRM and also provide one reference too.
