Hi, we have started using monday CRM a few months ago but I feel that I have hit a wall with building it. Our Reps are not traditional sales reps, in that yes they promote our products but our direct customers are resellers (stores) - not the end users. So our reps promote to the end-users (farmers) and provide technical advice to them.
Our boss wants to see calendars for each of our 4 Reps. Should I do a dashboard for each Rep? I know that monday CRM can sync with other calendars, but to muddy the waters, we use Apple Macs and iPhones. I don’t really know where to start with this and any advice is welcome.
