Move a sub items to another item in a another group

I would like to be able to create an automations like this:
When a sub items status change to something
then move the subitems to another item in another group
OR to convert automatically an sub items in a item and then move to another group

This is only possible with an automation with tools like Make/Zappier/Pipedrive that will have a custom coding portion in Python/Javascript. If you have some budget to have this working I can help you with making it work. As a result you will have a code that will be working on your own instance of Make/Zappier/Pipedrive and you will in full control of that automation. Please DM me if you are interested.
