Move subitem every 3 quarter

Hi,

How can I move the subitem to another board/group after the quarter ends?

Hey Eran!

I would use an automation recipe like “3 months after date passes, move item to __” and create 4 Date Columns that you just put the first dates of the new quarters in each one for the sake of the automation recipe.

You can collapse or hide these extra Date Columns so that you don’t have to see them but you’ll need them for the functionality of the automation recipe.
