Ability to have a multi-trigger such as if columns X and/or Y and/or Z were changed. Also the ability to have multiple if statements in one go, such as IF column X and/or Y are empty.

Both options will enable people using workflows to create 1 single workflow instead of multiple workflows that might actually conflict with each other.
