Multiple Working Days Schedules in one Board

Does anyone have anything that can help us with this issue?

We are a construction non-profit company looking to utilize Monday.com for our construction Schedules. The issue that I am running into is that our staff are on a Tuesday - Saturday schedule, our Warehouse deliveries are Wed - Fri, and other sub-contractors are Monday - Friday.

I am looking for any help (a 3rd party app would be fine at this point) that can help us change the timeline (with duration, lead/lag, dependencies) depending on the resource chosen for that task (staff, warehouse, subcontractor).

We were previously using MS Project which could do this, so for folks familiar with that software, we need it to work similarly.

I have tried the 3rd party app Scheduler PRO but it only sets a schedule at the board level.
