My Dashboard Chart only draws data from one column of my connected board, but I want to choose data from a different column

Hi there, Community. I’m new to Monday.com Dashboards and, at this time, I am working with data from only one Board. The problem is that the Chart is auto-populating with data from one column, but I would like to see sort data from a different column. How would I do that?

Hopefully this what you’re looking to achieve…

  1. Click the 3 dots on the top right of the chart
  2. Select Settings
  3. scroll down to the X axis (Screen shot)
  4. Select a different column to display

Thanks, Wally. This was helpful. Unfortunately, however, I only see 4 columns to choose from when the Board has many more components (including the one I want to graph). Thanks again though.

The columns on your board will limit what you can select in the settings. I tried to find a list of what is compatible with what chart, but can’t find anything.
