We use a LOT of columns for various tracking and automation triggering purposes. Most of those are not applicable to someone going through workflows and so in the board view, we set a default view where they are hidden.
That unfortunately does not have any impact on MY Work. Could this be improved?

I have the same case.
I like the way we can see the selected items in My Work but i have some boards with a lot a useless columns for the employees working on this. And as we can not select the desired saved view, it is a bit useless.
I wish we could have the favorite view instead !
