My work task not showing when multiple responsible colleagues until overdue

On “My work” tasks that have multiple responsible colleagues have not shown up on “my work” until the task has become overdue.These were tasks that were originally with another colleague but i took over responsibility and was also added as a responsible colleague

how does the Monday.com algorithm work on how it selects which tasks if there are more than 1000 tasks

Hey Rich!

I’ve noticed there is a delay for work showing up in “My Work”.

Some suggestions:

  1. Did you double check to see if there are any automations that may be causing this block?
  2. Try removing the deadline feature and re-activating it after re-assigning all dates to refresh the board (as much of a hassle that may be)
