Overdue items not displaying in My Work

I have a number of overdue items that are not displaying on the My Work page.

These items have Due Dates and are:

  • Assigned only to me
  • On Boards that have other items displayed on My Work
  • In Groups that have other items displayed in My Work

I’m not sure where to begin troubleshooting this issue.

There are other overdue items that do display on My Work, but not this small handful.

Hi @tjb - sounds strange for sure. My Work does have a limit of 1000 items. Not sure if that is the culprit? Otherwise, I would reach out to support@monday.com to see if they can diagnose what is happening…
