At my organization, we have a corporate calendar board where we track tasks that are 1-5 years out. We recently noticed that some of these tasks weren’t showing up in our “My Work” views. A Monday.com employee confirmed that this is a known limitation of the platform that items will drop off the My Work View if they haven’t been updated or edited in 4 months or more. This is a negatively impactful limitation we’d like to see corrected.
