New Emails and Activities - Google Calendar / Outlook Calendar Integration

There is a post in the Whats New section and also in yesterdays Investors Call slides, mentioning that Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar Integrations have been released for Emails and Activities.

However I can find next to no documentation on how to set this up.

Also I would like to understand how exactly a Calendar sync would work using multiple calendars. Would each sales rep have to sync their calendar individually?
