No longer receiving email notifications after email migration

Good morning,

I recently migrated our email provider from Gmail to M365. After the migration, we are no longer receiving email notifications from monday. MXtoolbox and IntoDNS do not show any problems with my DNS settings, and I’ve got whitelisted on our M365 side.

Is there anything else I’m missing on monday’s side? We don’t have issues receiving emails from any other vendor.

Hey Jon! That’s great you checked those places and the whitelisting first so we can rule out those causes!

Have you tried resetting your M365 integration connection? Sometimes simply removing the integration and re-connecting it from scratch can kickstart it into working again!
