I’ve had this bug for quite a while now and i’m getting no responses from the support and have sent multiple requests for anyone to look at this. I’ve attached two screenshots from our Monday account.

Hi @AlexJ When did you send the emails to support? It’s very strange you didn’t receive a response as you know we answer every email within 24 hours.

Perfect! I’ve tried both sending via support@monday.com and via the ? Down to the left in monday. Thanks for the fast response.
