We use subitems to involve other departments / functional areas to be included in a specific task and it’s completion.
This way, ownership of the overarching Main Task remains with the accountable person but responsibility has been appropriately placed on other SMEs to support.
Would be very helpful to have an automation that can notify the Main Task owner once all of the subitems are complete. This prompts them to review the Task and status of subitems and move forward with their responsibilities for the initiaitve
