I set up an automation. When I typed the Notify message, I click on Hey {user name}, you have a new Contact from a converted Lead. Please set up an account for {company name} - but the only field value that I’m getting is {user name} - I can see the rest of the text but the fields that I selected are not showing up in the message. Do I need to use quotes or some other symbol? Is it a Mac issue with the brackets? I have tested with and without spaces, with and without quotes, and the automation works, but the only way it makes sense is if I don’t even use the field values but I would like to list some of those in the notification.
