My team primarily uses our desktop app for Monday.com rather than the browser version. Right now, when we receive email notifications from Monday and click on “Reply in Monday.com”, it opens it as a new browser tab rather than opening the discussion in my already-open system application, which is frustrating.
I have so many tabs open on my internet browser already and I don’t want Monday to add to them, we have the system application installed for a reason.
I have the same issue and its driving me mad. have you found a solve?
on mobile it recognizes the app and opens there but on a Mac desktop/laptop it still goes to the browser.
OK Monday team this one small issue is causing deep frustration amongst my team - at least explain why it can’t happen (after all it might be a Microsoft mail thing) or fix this? you have issues /feature requests on this dating back to 2019.
